First data call center incompetence

First Data is the merchant contact for Wells Fargo Bank customers. The First Data contacts are the most consistently incompetent group of people ever assembled. Wells Fargo Bank should be ashamed for being connected with this organization. Wells fargo - wake-up. If you don't believe me, call-in yourself with a technical issue and experience the customer service. Just last week, I called for support with a First Data credit card machine with a technical issue and the customer representative twice (yes twice) called me an A_ _ Hole for not being able to get him to understand my question. Then he hung-up on me. This is just one example of multiple bad experiences I have had with First Data. Unbelievable, just unbelievable. Come-on Wells Fargo, your better than this. You need to check this out. It gives me reason to look somewhere else to do merchant banking.
