Ripoff frustrating fraud lies

I wish we had done a search on the internet before we signed up with JK Harris. I was so surprised to learn how many bad reports there is about them on many different sites.
JK Harris is nothing but a fraud, they do not do what they are paid to do, they lie and deceive. I am so frustrated by their inability to even return a phone call let alone do any of the work they were paid to do. I have written letters that never get read or if they do it goes in one ear and out the other.
For instance after advising them on the phone many times and by letter that the irs was now taking money from us by way of a levy, the response was..."oh really noone told me" the lies we have been told from the start is unbeleivable and something should be done to stop this company from defrauding others.
The service they are supposed to offer, i have since found out is available free from the irs. After picking up mistakes that they have made and their inablity to deliver anything they have been paid to do i am now taking it into my own hands
