We want forecloser to get away from the abuse and we don't own this land. Now what ripoff

As everyone else has said this company has been so verbally abusive to us.in the beginning, i tried to make a payment over the phone and i was not on the loan, so i could not. My common law husband is. When the payments were late, mine was an alternate number and they would call continuously, without written consent of the loan owner. They would discuss freely his information. We were treated like dogs. Due to an accident and illness we have fallen behind. We do not own the land that the trailer is on it is leased. Now what? If we have other land accross the state can they take that? I will gladly join the class action suit. If someone would e-mail me the info. We want to let the trailer go back just to get away from the abuse, but we don't want to lose any assets either. We will be responsible for the trailer's balance after it is sold. If we still have to pay money we should just keep it, we still are going to have to go through the harrassing phone calls... I am with all of you that are against this company.
