Ripoff $75 dollars for house inspection never done

Castle point through their subsidiary Royalaton Co. Took 350 dollars from my checking after i had canceled a house inspection. I called both Sat and Sunday to convey to Castle point I did not want to go with the inspection therefore I don't expect the money to be withdrawn from my account.

Castle Point has refunded 275 but keeping 75 for having the inspection team come to our house. They claim that they did not get the messages. They admitted to me that they either didn't check or their machine may not be working.

In any event I am out the 75 dollars even though it was their error.
