RIP OFF—months of dishonest billing when they didn't even provide a service

We were going to check our credit reports when it came to a page that said we would get it. I went ahead and cancelled the page, I didn't want to go on. Well, they ended up billing us anyway even though I didn't confirm anything. Then we find out months too late that they've been billing us. Them and another organization called mini credit report or whatever. We are being billed by two seperate companies for a canceled page? That doesn't make any sense. They illegally took my transaction as complete even though I did not confirm it.

They're a bunch of crooks and need to be stopped. There's months of billings without any service that I knew of. If I would have known of a service I would have canceled months ago!!!
