Total ripoff, credit destroyed, unable to refinance

Beginning Nov. I started acquiring overdue updates on my mortgage statement. I've created all my paymenta and invested countless bucks on calls and faxes of my removed assessments, bank statements. I've experienced every ring and stii EMC demonstrates me 2 weeks overdue.

I quit the battle for some time and some weeks before, I went forward and settled an additional cost. EMC however has got the calls many times each day plus they declare that the funds haven't been created. The conventional point is "your inspections and claims don't show that people were compensated, just the cash arrived of the consideration. It generally does not show that people were compensated."

Incidentally, I've been spending regular with lender authorized inspections since Jan. 2006.

I dont possess the extra money to employ a lawyer to try and obtain a few thousand bucks. I'd like to have any data. On the class action or a lawyer prepared to do contingent work.

Avoid EMC! I want I'd, now Im stuck
