Ripoff fraud business

This company (if that is what you want to ccall it) is the worst case of fraud I have ever seen. I have ordered many things through the internet and never had a problem. I will not order anything fron the internet again. I recieved my "Gold Card" (and was told in the packet, after I paid my inital $37.00), that I had to buy their products only. I also had to send in a down payment, whicch I was not told before hand. There catalog is a joke! They have very little merchandise and the prices are outragious. I called them when I got the packet and the "manager" was rude and told me that I would recieve my full refund. That has been over a month ago... Nothing. I have tried to call several times, but you get into the automated phone loop. You have to put in the first 4 digits of your card, and I think they are logged. They don't want to talk to me. I am so f&ing mad at this rip-off. I am turning them into the BBB, and anything else I can think of that doesn't caost me any more money. DO not. I repeat, do not fall for this scam as I did.
