I sent them $37.00 got their information in the mail sent it back for a refund and never got my money! Ripoff

I sent them my $37.00 they later sent me a packet in the mail to order things from them. They never let you know in the beginning that the card you would recieve could only be used towards their merchandise. They said in a letter in the packet to return the entire packet for a full refund. I did that in april, haven't recieved my money back.
