Asking me to pay for columbia house videos $ 91.34 did not order ripoff

I began receiving phone calls about a bill for columbia house videos that went to an address in moorpark that was not provided. I asked for the bill and the order for this merchandise and each time I have requested these items I have been told that either it was now a debt and they were not required to send this info, or simply to pay the debt. Unless I can see a bill or order I'm not paying anything. Was also told that this would go on my credit report. I have retained legal services to have my credit report protected, but I still receive threatening phone calls from 800 852- 9465 first credit of america
