My Pefect Credit Report - 1st Credit of America
Ripoff, credit report never recieved, report cancelled and now turned into collections Nationwide

I signed up for a Free Credit Reoprt and tryed many times to get it and never could I cancelled this and thought that it was taken care.

Last week we started receiving calls/recordings that we need to call when I called no one ever calls back. Today I was home stayed on the phone when the call came in I was treated do rude Sid Conner told me that notices had been sent and I must of thrown them them away which I never had recieved. I was told that I need to pay this regardless. I told them them that I don't pay bill just because they tell me that I have to I was then told that this would be turned into the credit reporting agency. I was told that They didn't have to send me another bill.

I called another #1-866-803-5481 1st Credit of America spoke to Jacob Matthews who told me that we agreed to pay this and that we had to pay. This would reported as refusal to pay. I am more than willing to pay for something that I have recieved but when I cancel because they faied to be responible for service.

Just recived another call from the 1st America Credit How long do we have to endure this harrassment? I an disputing these charges. I was told that it was ok that they had my social Security number but it was against the law to debt my Credit Card with out a signaute/approval. I have not given them an approval for these charges.

As I spoke with Jacob on the phone I pulled up the E-mail for My perfect credit and got your web site I told him this was a scam and that I would not pay for this. Jacob said that I was wrong this was no scam.
