Ripoff Lying about Refunding My Money Horrible Cust Service

On May 23 I called the company regarding my order that I had not received. I was leaving on vacation May 26 and I was advise that my items had already been sent, and I advise the gentleman that I have not received them. He offered to resend items and I advise him no cause I need them before I leave. So he said he will cancel and be no charge. Cause it would defeat the purpose to send me clothing items that I needed for my vacation.

Not only did he not cancel he charged me as well. I called back June 2 and the Account Specialist credit me a portion back not realizing other charges. I have occured overdraft fees from my bank and some have been reversed. But they will not reverse the remaining fees until they see the $34.94 returned back on my car. I have been calling since 6-2-06 and I keep getting the run around and that it will take 7-10 days. It is almost August and still no refund

The representatives are nasty and rude and not willing to help and will hang up on you so fast. I asked to upper management and they say they are management. I have a voicemail saved on my phone on 07-04-06 saying it is finally resolved and I will get a refund within a few days. It is 07-19-06. I just called spoke to a rep and he said there is so much going on with this account that he needed to call me back. For a refund of $34.94? This is too much!
