Junum.com Incorporated
Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business, hidden fees, overcharged and promised refunds never materialize

Business & Finance

Junum.com claim to be a credit solution provider. They will repair and fix inaccurate or out-dated items on the reports issued by the major credit bureaus.

Be very weary of their FREE TRIAL period. It is not free and it is not really a trial. My experience was to sign up with Junum.com to see what they could do for me. First they looked requested my credit reports to seek out inaccuracies. Then they began to tentatively fix each inaccuracy at $20 per incident.
Within 2 days they had billed me for over $200.00

I looked up the fine print within their TERM OF SERVICE and it stated that "a 5 day cooling off period" existed in which if you faxed them a letter indicating your intent to cancel your service then all money would be refunded.

I was only on my 3rd day so I went and faxed them my cancellation letter. FAX number out of order. I tried to call them by their voice number. Voice number out of order.

I emailed them - they told me that they were sorry for the mistake and that the refund would be immediate. I thought that they at least admit that a mistake was made and are willing to correct it. I received nothing, no refund.

This was one month ago and I have written them at least 20 email letters and have received 20 excuses for why they cannot refund my money (real lame stuff too: dog ate my homework caliber material.)

Junum.com was incorporated in Nevada because it is free to incorporate in that state. The firm is owned by David Coulter who is making a good ammount of money on this scam

I would avoid Junum.com at all costs. They do not tell the truth and cannot be relied upon to do business in an honest and upright manner. Bottom line is that there is nothing that Junum can do that you cannot do yourself anyway.
