After being on hold from dhec for 4 months and talking to chris young during this process, he wont return call, lied said he would have a closing date when i arrive to the bank.

I left a message on his voice mail that i was coming to pick up my paperwork. When i got there he had it ready with no problem, but would never return any of my calls after a total of 5 3/4 months.
