Phoenix Gold, American Credit Source Inc is a fraudulent ripoff business

I had gotton a card in the mail from Phoenix Gold Credit Program with a 1-800 number on it and gave me just so many hours to call or the card would expire.

I called the number on the card, they asked for my back account number to deduct 219.00 out of my account to get in this program. I did recieve some information on it but have never gotton the credit card or anything else from them and then I couldnt' even get a hold of them after that.

I have tried to call the 800 number several times since then and all I get is a recording that the number is no longer in service.

The last time I did talk to someone in that so called company, they said if I wasn't satified I could get my money refunded and nothing was ever returned.

I do want my money back and the people who done this fraudulent thing should be put in jail. I have a copy of the check that I had to write on to show they were taking the money directly out of my accout and I have the bank statement showing where they had taken it out.

If there is any justice out there then something should be done about this so they can't rip anyone else off. I want my money back!!!
