PHOENIX GOLD ripoff

I allowed phoenix gold to remove 219.00 from my bank account and in aug. Sept. Of 2001 and recieved nothing pheonix gold

Also attempted to collect an additional 229.00 about six mo. Later costing me 25.00 bank charges forceing me to change my account

I was lucky that there was not enough to cover it i fell that pheonix gold owes me 244.00 please advise me.
