False Information on Credit Report Ripoff

I order my credit report and I just notice a company call Jefferson Capital have me on their list as non payment, I did some research and they are know as Fingerhut, I have never had any dealing with those people other than a book I received from them which I threw in the recycle basket, they state that my creditor classification is Financial this is false, I have never borrower anything from this company.

My credit file has Fraud Alert because of someone putting false information into my credit file, this was used to ruin my credit, not from a stranger but someone I was acquainted with, they wanted to hurt my character by tampering with my credit, since then it has hurt me from finding the type of employment I want. These people had the influence to use individual to do their dirty work, while their hands stayed clean. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General Office about this, they did not do anything sufficent about this.

This took place in the State of Minnesota.
