Has Ripped Me Off, Too! Have Turned Their Loan Documents Over To A Consumer Law Attorney

I feel your pain. I've been dealing with these people for six years now and wound up losing my own home on July 5th, after I could not get them to communicate or work with me to get their lien removed so I could sell my house and avoid foreclosure by the primary mortgager. Now they are threatening to sue me. I have had QUITE enough of Beneficial/HSBC, and have turned all their loan documents over to a consumer law attorney for action. He told me that he and other attorneys are looking at filing additional lawsuits against Beneficial, because they are continuing their shady business practices despite already having paid out hundreds of MILLIONS of dollars in settlements for their unfair lending practices. You'd think they would have learned their lesson, don't you?

But, as I sit here at my computer and type, the number to Beneficial's collections department pops up yet again on my computer screen... And for the 26TH time so far this month. That's OK, for I am keeping a log of every SINGLE call they make, and with the blessings of my attorney. They can call until HELL freezes over!

In the meantime, RUN, don't WALK to an attorney with EVERY piece of paper and documentation you have with Beneficial's name on it, because they need to be STOPPED! Good luck!
