We got a loan in 2007 with Beneficial HFC they closed the local branch. I lost my job and we got behind they told us to get a H.U.D. Counsilor and we did 3 and a half years later we get a modification and as long as we make the first 6 months on time they will extend for 18 more months 6 months came and went no problems month 7 comes and our payment went up and we tried and tried to get ahold of them to find out why no response. We now have H.U.D. And Attorney General's office involved but still nothing.
We would love to join any lawsuit against Beneficial that we could
