Ripoff did not provide any service

I signed up for this service thinking they would notify me if a major change happened to my credit report. Well, they didnt. I have had several major changes on my report in the last year and was never notified of anything.

When i called to ask why, the service rep. Told me it was MY job to keep pulling up my credit to monitor my own report. I then asked what was i paying them for, she said to notify me if my report changes. She cancelled my service and gave me a number to get a refund, that number is a FAX machine, therefore no luck yet. But i am tired of people like this, and i will get my refund, in court or out of court.
