Ripof bank knew low on fund so put higer debit transaction first

The bank known that I have a bal. Of $2.08 in my aacount thought it would be fine for them to hold off on paying of small transaction for a few days after they were forward to them. So that way they can forward the large amounts first, that way they can hit you w / overdraft fee"s. For ex. I checked my bal.

On saturday night it stated a bal. Of $2.08 following monday they forward debit of $23.90 to aacount, then charge me -21.82plus overdraft fee. Then they say all transaction took place on monday so they can hit me with the assessed fee of 33.00 dollars x the small transaction they placed with the large one, so in other words they do not put thier transaction in the order that they come in.

Now I am trying to fight these outrages multable overdraft, hopefuly they check thier electronica records of me checking my aacount on 07/08/06 and it says what I know to be true.
