Ripoff, Fraudulent ATT Wireless Claim

I recently saw a false claim under Palisades Collections LLC for a bogus AT&T Wireless account.
I filed a dispute with Experian and am waiting resolution.
Has anyone had any luck with getting this removed from their credit report?

I see many claims from the same company on this website. What action can be taken against this fraudulent company?

I can't even find a phone number to contact these crooks.
