My Payday Loan
Ripoff deceptive collection practices, masks phone numbers, uses personal ref. #'s to show on caller id

I am definitly planning to pay off my loan with them, but consumers should be aware of thier deceptive collection practices. My father has been very sick lately, and i did use his phone number as a reference. So to my dismay they called today using my fathers phone number, i answered and a woman asked for me, i thought my father had passed away. Does anyone know if this practice is illegal?
