Ripoff will not accept that they made mistake

I had over $130.00 in my checking account but I needed $200.00 in cash on to give my daughter as she had a flight out of state and needed some spending money.

So I went to TCF bank ATM and drew the $200 out of my savings account. And continued with the day like $20 in gas (from checking card)$6 for coffee $8 at wallmart ect. But was with in my $130 that I knew to be in my checking.

A couple days pass I get on internet to see If my charges r correct and there is -$177 on my checking im like WHAT!!! I call and it turns out they took the $200 from my checking so all the little charges I had made (but still within my checking funds I knew to be in there was being charged over draft fees.

I was like ok whatever just fix it the TCF agent on the phone says well your savings card is not connected to your checking card I said that is not my problem they were opened on the same day and as far as I knew were connected I opened these accounts as a package he says well I can connect them now but I can only take back 3 charges You will have to go to bank to fix the rest.

Next morning I go to TCF bank she takes off a couple more charges but some how I still out 111.00 in charges and also another one that was pending she says all I can do it put the $200 in the checking but there was nothing more she could do.

They just wont admit when it was there mistake the only reason I even had a leg to stand on was because I had the ATM reciept says withdraw from Savings it was there mistake when they did not open the account correctly why cant they just say it was there Bad and fix it?
