National Audit Defense Network
Company promises money back if customer cancels within 30 days. Each time I call I get an excuse why I haven't recieved my refund. Ripoff

On March 1, I called and ordered the National Audit Defense Network (NADN) financial services. They promise a lot of great tax services on how to get a better refund if you own have your own business. I at first thought it would be nice since my husband is planning to start his own business. I was at work when I put my order for NADN and the person on the line told if my husband did not want the service I can always cancel within 30days with no obligation and get a full refund.

I immediatley cancelled the next day when my husband felt they charged too much for their services of $1412.95 for 4 years. I called on March 2nd to cancel and I was given a fax number to fax the cancellation letter. I did and 3days later I find they never got it because the fax was not working and I was given another fax. I then had to wait for 1 week to get an authorization code to return their merchandise back to them.

Knowing that I had already requested the next day to cancel my order. I was then told it would take another week to see a refund. I called and speak with another representative and he said it's too soon for a refund.

Later I called to find out why I haven't heard from anybody and then I'm told that when they tried reaching me, the compliance dept. Had a disconnected phone number and couldn't reach me. I made sure to give them my phone number again and repeat it back to me. I asked to speak with the compliance department and they will not let you speak to them. The compliance department is the department that supposedly process the money back refund.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and he was out. I'm never able to speak to anyone who is in upper management.

You just get the run around with a whole bunch of lies. Good luck if your ever request your money back with NADN.
