Doesn't Hold To Their Guarantee, Doesn't Refund Money, Rip-Off

I purchased services from the National Audit Defense Network or NADN in January after hearing their ad on a radio commercial. I tried out there services that claimed at least $3,000 in new tax deductions in 30 days or your money back. This guarantee is posted on their web page at (http://www.awayirs.com/our_services/os_yg.htm). I did not get at least $3,000 in tax deductions nor was I satisfied with the service they provide. The services they are selling you are tax planning and irs protection if you get audited. The tax planning services and the tapes they send you are simply condensed information taken straight from the IRS documents you can download from the IRS web page or send away to get them for free. After you join for $710, NADN's way of saving you tax money is to get you to start a small business, claim a higher number on your W4 form thereby putting more money into your paycheck and write your losses off of your taxes at the end of the year. If you don't have a business to start, they do. There whole plan is to get you to join, tell you tax planning strategies already provided for free by the IRS and get you to sell their product. NADN simply put is running a traditional MLM scam with a slick marketing scheme.

I didn't like this service they provide so I requested my money back. I recieved the proper number to return the package they sent me, returned everything, and was told that I would recieve a refund within 45 to 60 days from the day they recieved my package back. They recieved the package of materials back on March 5 and 14 weeks later I still have not recieved my refund. If you take any advice from me DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANIES SERVICES. If you want to save money on taxes, talk to your accountant and pay him $30 for his time.
