Plantinum B Services PreLitigation Service Rude, Ripoff, Inconsistant, Baligerant

To whom ever is reading this, a lady by the name of"Jane T*" contacted me today, and told me that I was committing wire fraud, and internet fraud, because I was given a cash today payday loan and did not pay it back. I was horrified. I don't even remember getting this loan. She then proceeded to tell me my bank account infoon a Nations Bank I have never even heard of this bank before.

I know for a fact that the loans that I have taken out have been paid back. She scared me even more when she started talking all this legality talk and wouldn't let me talk. She got louder and louder, calling me gal.

When I proceeded to try and ask a question she told me that if I did not listen to her that I would be disconnected and she or the client would proceed with court and fines and possibly jail time. Now mind you I have NEVER been in trouble with the law in all my 25 yrs of living.

This scared me to death. What scared me I think the most was that she had all of my information, my work, home address, telephone numbers, and everything. I was recently the victim of identity theft so I'm thinking this is what happened.

I don't know what to do because she told me that if I did not pay $580 be 2 oclock today, she called me at 11:00am, that they would persue further criminal charges. She stated that she didn't care what I had to do to get the money that it had to be there no later than 2pm, not 2:01 or later but 2pm. Of course I could not pay that, so what do I do now?

I'm scared and lost. I need help, but this lady was rude, evil, and inappropriate. She told me that there was no one above her that she was the supervisor so what do I do. Please help
