I am entering this complaint because my mother had 29.95 taken out of her account. She did not authorize this.

It just showed up on her account one day. Actually in the third week of june is when this happended. We have no idea where this came from or who took this money out but she would like to have it put back in her account.

No one in her house authorized this. And all she uses is her bank card. So some one had to have her number.
