Corporation NSF on Visa Purchase RIPOFF

My wife and I have been charged $3,000 since March alone of this year in NSF fees related to Visa purchases. No telling how much was charged from Jan to March; could easily be another $3,000.

The company deliberately delays the processing of these transactions in order the confuse the customer so that they impose NSF fees.

There is no excuse for a huge bank like Wachovia to not have real-time processing. I intend to hire a lawyer and seek legal recource.

If anyone esle has been subjected to this deliberate unfair business practice let your voice be heard!
