Ripoff

I recently aquired a copy of my credit report and discovered a bill for $844 dollars, It was issued by AT&T wireless. For one I have never had an account with AT&T and for two, I had been incarcerated and had been for some time when this account was started. I just happened to come across this web site while trying to find a way to contact these people. I would like info on how I can get this issue resolved.
