One year ago I experienced the same "credit card scam" as all the others on this site. I realized what was going on and cancelled my account within 24hrs. When I called the company, needless to say I got the run-around. So I went to my bank and withdrew all my funds so they would not be able to withdraw. They continued to try, and also kept calling me to insist. Finally it stopped. Well ONE YEAR LATER I see 110.00 withdrawn from my account. After investigating, I found out this company was taking NSF funds from a year ago. Thanks to the information provided on this site I was able to have the bank reverse it.
When I called the company I asked them to play the recording where I agreed to thier sales pitch. Well it took them about 20mins. To get it together and then they played a different recording where they requested $500.00, not the $250.00 on the original recording. "I NEVER would have agreed to that, KNOWING I did not have $500./ I disagreed with the lady and she said I would be hearing from thier attorney. I told her I would like to talk to him now, and she hung up on me. CHECK your bank statements, and stop them in thier tracks.
