Ripoff poor customer service skills argues with customer on hold for 30 minutes or more

I applied for a credit card with a company that claimed to be a regular credit card company.instead, they were a prepaid service. Without my knowledge or permission, they debited $139.95 out of my checking account. It caused me to go into a negative balance.
When I finally tracked their number down through my bank, I was on hold for 35 minutes before finally hanging up. I tried this several times with the same result.
I then researched online and tracked down another number for the company. When I asked about canceling the card and getting a refund, I was told they couldn't help me. They proceeded to give me same number that I had tried before. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they reluctantly connected me to one. The supervisor them proceeded to tell me that they were busy, and I would just have to stay on hold. When I told that was unacceptable, she told me to deal with it. I still have had no refund or resolution to my problem.
