I am a single div mom. When my ex was alive he had a mental illness but was very very smart, so I know how the courts work here in New Jersey. Until the day he died when my daughter was in 10th grade, the courts and my ex would never leave us alone, even though they knew about his manic depressive illness. The courts and everyone felt that a child should not live with a mother who only had a HS diploma and only rented.

So too skip ahead I understand how the world is. I did not get child support regularlly, or any car, any allmoney nothing. I had too do everything and leave with the fact of living in a court house. Well after he died, you would think my life would be better. But as time went on, we lived for a long long time in a 1 bedroom condo that I rented, my daughter had the bedroom.

Well she also had a mental illness and things got crazy at home too the point that after HS I had no family too fall back on, no one, I had no choice but too put myself in debt. Ok, things happen in life, but since she was my only child I could not walk away. Ok, so this credict card MBNA, and a few others, I owe money too.

Well this MBNA card was taken over by this PRESSLER AND PRESSLER some how, and they want too PUT ME ON THE STREET - IN A CARD BOARD BOX TOO LIVE - This month of JUNE I have paid on line and printed out confirmation page $1098.31. T

hey are telling the courts that i have not paid anything, plus they are asking for $1000.00 of my salary too be garnished which is starting next week. I am trying too pay it off, I still owe $4402.00 and they will not work with me.

THEY ARE CROOKS AND TELL STORIES ABOUT HOW I AM NOT PAYING TO THE COURTS AND MY SALARY IS GOING TOO BE GARANISH AND I WILL BE ON THE STREET. They will not work with me at all, things happen in peope life, mental illness is a very hard thing too live with. Thanks
