No Larry I was Not offered repayment plan! Ocewn wanted $10,000.00 when they purchased the home from HUD. It took HUD to stop Ocwen from sending out bills like this to their new customers.

I have three cashed checks for mortgage payments, yet I have no credit for these months. So you lied to a Judge when you stated I was six months behind in payments!

I was one month behind, I called and wrote to Ocwen and no one replied until four months pasted. That was a letter from Ocwens lawyer. I offered two out of the three months payment. Ocwen wanted $900.in four months, $1,500. Was due to your lawyer in fees.

Lets just settle this in court with a Judge! Then explain the three sets of amounts due and the judgement, which I was Not served and No service shows! Explain that to the Judge Larry!
