Lie several times about sending pay off stament to me and escrow to recieve more money

On the day of june 13th escrow requested pay off statement, they never recieve it so they ask if i would could the company.

*=i called on 14th early that day about 10:00am and spoke with representative gave them a fax number, they stated they would send it about 4or 5pm their time.

*=on the 14th early my husband called waiting for 30 mintues before speaking to some one on the phone. He called back and fourth for most of the day asking if some one would fax over pay statement they stated 1st fax problem on other end.

*=2nd after confirming no problem form escrow he called back spoke with supervisor, she stated she would fax over never happen, 3rd he spoke with a man he talk escrows emailand fax promised it would happen never happen.

*=finally after most of the day had went by and we new at that point fund would not be funed until next week which makes us late on our payment, paying double interest because of week end.

*=the final time my husband called i asked her to fax to my email she promised it would happen never did. They had the nerve to ask if we would wire over this months mortgage, they got to be kiding.

*=this was extremely important we are on a dead line opening business, needed to show funds availalbe this week. We have now lost a chance with getting two consumers for our facility because they regional center can not wait any longer must place consumers...
