Ripoff hassassing me CONSTANTLY by MAIL and BY PHONE for a Defaulted Student LOAN from 25 YEARS AGO!

NCO Financial is calling me DAY and Night as well as constantly sending myself threatning letters saying that they are on the behalf of the "National Payment center of the US Department of Education" and are going to Garnish my wedges as wll as "RUIN" and "DEMOLISH" (the exact words used) my credit.

So, Natuarly I started to pay them. So Far Ive paid 3,800 to NCO. Financial. I then realised my original loan was for 7,000 and it was it was from 25 years ago! They are ripping me off!!! They also said that I have limited time to pay the bill in full before they start to DEMOLISH myline of credit.

They CAll me at work and at home. All hours of the day. Why is it after 25 years this comes up? I dont know what to do and I'm fustrated and feel my hands are tied. A friend of mine looked up NCO and found many complaints and this website (usacomplaints.com.) What should I do?
