Capital one bank is ripping me off

Several months ago i decided to get a credit card to re-build my credit. This card only had a $200.00 limit. I paid every payment they asked for on time. They started charging me a late fee of 25.00 which pushed me over the limit, so they added a 25.00 over the limit fee. They kept doing this no matter how much i complained. Now i cannot pay the amount they are aksking and am getting calls. They have the card up to over $300.00. I don't think i have charged more than 150.00 and have paid almost that much. If anyone out there has a solution, please help me. I feel that they prey on lower income people.
