To Who it May Concern,

I have had my particular Captial One Account for a year. I Haven't even used my card in the last six months but for some reason I am always over my limit. On September 10 I mailed a payment. Capital One said they never received my payment, but my check was cashed. After going through my bank, Capital One said they would bring me back down to my limit. But every month since, I have been over my limit and getting charged over limit fees. That is funny, BECAUSE I HAVE NOT USED MY CARD! This last time I cancelled my card because I am tired of calling in every month to straighten out the situation. Now that I have closed my account they are still making me pay a due balance that is over my limit, even though I really shouldn't be over my limit. The customer service agents are of no help and seem to not care. CAPITAL ONE SUCKS! I will make sure that everyone I know that has a Capital One Account, closes it immmediately. This is so no one else will get screwed. I will not be the only customer lost, know that!
