Ripoff

I was called by a representitive of Orchard Bank and offered a Charge Card. I was told that their intrest rate was 15.9% and had no monthly fee. I was sent the card and tried to activate it in November and it had already been activated by them. I used it that day and the first bill that I got from them had a year of card member charges on it. I disputed this with no return from them. I received a phone call from them offering me a card insurance policy and a credit kit. I refused, but the charge were on the next billing. I called and disputed these unauthorized charges and was put on hold, never to be answered again. I contacted them on their web page e-mail and the return said they couldn't find my records.

I got another bill the next month, 24.9% intrest, bogus charges still there, late fee. I paid them off and yet I get late fees on bogus charges. I called them again and told them I was done with them. They ended my card service but the charges remain. I called again only to get disconnected again.
