Ripoff Non-Customer Service Escalating Escrows & Mortgage Foreclosure

I am also a victim of America's Servicing Company's tactics. We originally borrowed on our house from a company in Dallas which, of course, sold our paper to this poor excuse for a mortgage company. Since December of this past year, they have added in home owner's insurance which was already paid for by me personally; taken it upon themselves to pay my property taxes, something I have always paid for personally in the past; increased my payments from 960.00 to 3559.00 while all the time adding in late charges for some reason, and now they want to foreclose on my home!

I have also noticed that while I have been making payments on time, they are now placing them into some kind of "suspense" account. They will not speak with me personally, because they say I am not on the note. This leads me to question the validity of the note itself. I have spoken with other mortgage companies in Texas who say that they will not loan us money on just one spouse's signature. Is there anyone out there who might know of an attorney in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that might could help me. I do not want to lose my home to these people.
