Credit Card Fraud Have never done buisness with them

Found these charges on my bank statement. Had them disputed and removed twice now. Had no idea who or what they are. I suspect they are getting CC numbers from somewhere and just running them. They never responded to the dispute forms from the bank.
This must be Illegal somewhere if not in Connecticut. Anyone wknow if they are being investigated?
