Wachovia ripoff, charging bank fees and shouldn't

The Wachovia bank I was banking with was charging me fees saying I didn't have any money in my account and I did. The reason why I didn't have money in my accout was because they were taking fees out for no reason which was putting me in the negative and there fore they would take more money out because I was negative in my account.
