Rude unprofessional, unhelpful ripoff

I came to this company to receive help for getting my credit cleared up. I was asked to pay 700.00 and only recieved phonecalls when the money was due.

It has now been over 4 months since I have paid them and have not recieved one update to see how things are. I have called on occasion to check in only to recieve unprofessional and very rude service. They have not stuck to the original plan that I was given and the person who was working on my file no longer works there yet I was not notified and found out only when I called.

I feel that since they have their money from me that that are not doing there part to help me get out of my situation. Since I have paid them they are supossed to be working for me but instead I have had to argue with them to get answers and even the supervisor I spoke with was extremely unprofesional. Sounds like they have a bunch of incompetent workers there since they were goofing around on the other end of the line while I was on the phone.
