Ripoff dishonest in collection process

I had a old account with Bank One presently Chase bank took over the account. I made a agreement with National Action Financial Services to pay this account of in 12 months at $439.00 per month the start date was June ending may I spoke to Ms. Miller the representative for the company.

The last check was cashed in May and on the memo section in has paid in full final payment. Now the company is writing to me saying the I still owe them money. I have been trying to resolve this situation but everyone I speak to are rude and obnoxious and hang up on me saying that i did not have a agrrement with them. My response to them is if you did not have a agreement with me why and I finding this out 12 months later they have cashed every one of my checks.

I tryed one last time on 6/11/06 to speak to a manager about this and explain my position and to remind them that they cashed a check last month saying paid in full. That manager named Melissa (Rip-off REDACTED) hung up on me in mid sentence when I called back and asked what happen she stated she had nothing further to speak to me about and told me to do what I have to do. And to write any report that I want, I would be hearing from their lawyers.

At this point I know that their will be no resolution with this company so I must speak to a lawyer friend of mine.

Please anyone reading this report if you ever come across this company please beware when dealing with them they are totally dishonest.
