Took out a little more than $5 extra than the original transaction b Ripoff Palmer Massachusetts

On Saturday, June 3, I and a friend went to eat @ a sushi bar and it cost me $105 and a little bit of change.

I was checking my online acct. The next morning for a totally different transaction where I noticed under pending transactions they had $110 and a little bit more change for the sushi bar from the night before.

I assumed that the waitress added a little more to the tip that was already included in the $105. I called the sushi place and they said they had the $105 something on their paperwork.

Approx. 3 days later Bank of America took out the $105 something.

I'ld like to know what the extra $5 something was for in the pending transaction?

I also would like to know why I was charged $12 for maint fee for my checking acct. As well as $3 maint for my savings?
