CrossCountry Bank (now called Allied Bank) is a major RIP OFF. I had their VISA Card and I did not use it for three months because I was trying to pay if off and they charged me a $22.00 not usage fee. They punish you for trying to pay up your charge card and on top of that, their interest rate was 17.99%.
