Ripoff takes advantage of people going through hardships

I went on line to lower my bills.com to get reccomendations for a mortgage company to lower the interest rate on my mortgage. One of the companies they suggested was Nations Choice Mortgage. At the time I was going through divorce and had alot on my plate. J.R. Pelletier was assigned to my application. He had me jump through many hoops and faxing much paper work to him on more than one occasion and alot of the paper work was duplicate info. Just the faxing cost me in excess of $100.00. I also paid a $ 350.00 Application fee. This process lasted the better part of a year. When I had finally completed everything that J.R. Had asked for he told that it should'nt take long to process. I never heard from him again. I did call to ask why and he said he was sorry that it had slipped past him and that he would get back to me. Again he never did. What a fitting name J.R.
