Will not refund my money after they agreed to. Ripoff

I got the ecredit card and realized it was a scam, so I called on 2/7/02 and they told me they would have to review my tapes from the phone conversation I had when I was getting the card. I called them at least 20 times after that and finally on 3/20/02 they said I was approved for a reimbursement, so I mailed back the package the way that I received it, and called them about a week and a half later and they said to call back in two weeks. So I called back again and they said another two weeks. The last time I tried to call I got a recording saying that they were out of order so I tried to go online and find a website and i came across this. It has been three months and I still have not had my refund transfered into my account. What can I do now? AmandaGordonsville, Virginia
