Ripoff dishonest deceptive and false advertising!

This is a lead generating company that is not all its cracked up to be. I have gotten some of their so called" qualified leads" and have not generated any business from them. They claim that the leads they provide you are exclusive. Several prospects have told me that that other mortgage companies have call and used this companies name. They are deceiving their customers into believing they are selling exclusive leads noting is further from the truth, "DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOU MONEY" they sell the leads to four or five brokers. Some of the people working there are what I call not very informed. They are suppose to do real research, but they obviously have a lot to learn on whats real and whats not. All they do is cold call people all day and collect names and then sell them as qualified leads. I guess thats the reason they pay very little to their employees, a monkey can do that. If you need leads I'll rip a page out of the phone book and sell it to you, same concept. I will continue to monitor this company and will report them to the Better Business Bureau, the California Attorney General's office dept of consumer compliant's as they are ripping off California residents.
