Steve Collins robbed me and many other people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions. He promised me an extremely low rate to finance a property I was to purchase and when I signed my name to his "contract" it was like dealing with the devil himself.

I sent him several thousands of dollars to acquire my loan and he dragged me on for more than 6 months telling me that underwriting was working on my loan.

I provided a copy of my appraisal that I had just paid for and he charged me three times the price of the original appraisal to re-do it.

The account that he holds clients money in trust is named Rivergate Apex. This account is at Compass Bank in Scottsdale, AZ and has a zero balance. Where are my funds that I deposited? Where is everyone elses funds?

I found out that the Rivergate Apex address is nothing but a postal box. You cannot find Rivergate Apex if you tried. The phone number for Rivergate Apex is nothing but a cell phone account that nobody ever answers.

I also found out that he has purchased 3 homes in a very pricey area of Scottsdale, AZ and bought 3 brand new vehicle just since February!

It might also interest clients who may think of dealing with this bastard that he hides behind a woman who is apparently an accomplice to his crimes. Her name is Ann Houze and she is listed as owner along with Steve Collins as agents of Rivergate Apex.

I've had private detectives following this guy and his accomplice for months now and their little gravy train is about to run out. The Attorney Generals' office is hot on their trail and even if they see this RIP OFF REPORT, there is no where to hide.
