Ripoff decietful broke

Company got our business with a rate lock guarantee but at closing changed the rate. Called the broker and waited 1 hour at closing till he called my agent and told him it was not possible to get old rate. He deceived us and could not tell us. So now we're stuck with a higher mortgage payment than we budgeted for.
